Keynote Speakers


1. Dr. Qu Min. She has worked as a staff engineer in Biotronik Inc., USA since 2012. She obtained both the Bachelor's degree and the Master's degree in Electrical Engineeing in Nanjing University, China. She obtained the Doctor's degree in biomedical engineering in the University of Texas at Austin, USA. She has won the awards such as the Best Paper Award in 2010 SPIE Photonics West Symposium; Newport-Spectra Physics Travel Award, 2010 SPIE Photonics West; Postgraduate Recommendation, Nanjing University, 2005; People's Scholarship of Nanjing University, first prize, 2002-2004. Her research interests mainly include: Designed wireless, energy-free communication technique for implanted devices; Developed test protocols for the communication technique in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo; Design, test, and document new features of implanted devices. 


2. Dr. Zhao Heng. He is an assistant professor of College of Big data and Internet in Shenzhen Technology University. He obtained the Professional Master's degree in electrical engineering and automation jointly issued by the University of Upper Alsace and Belfort Monbelia University of Technology in France in 2016. Funded by the China Scholarship Council, he received a Doctor's degree in computer science from the University of Upper Alsace in 2019. He is proficient in both English and French languages, as well as basic German. His research directions include Big data modeling, Big data analysis, machine learning, etc.
